If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund within a period of 30 days after you have received it.  Please note that shipping fee is not refunded.

 


Within 30 days (From the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer,the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

 


We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase(From the date products were received, Please note that Milabuy.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
"The product is not what Id imagine it to be."
"I am not satisfied with this product."
